We are looking for a hunter-style Business Development Manager with a minimum of 7 yearsβ successful sales experience in a related field and a proven track record of new business development and sustained commercial success.
The role is focused on developing new markets from the ground up, rather than managing existing accounts. It requires someone comfortable operating in technical, manufacturing-led environments and navigating long sales cycles, where value is built over time.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new markets, sectors, and applications for pressure-sensitive labels and shrink sleeves.
Build a new business pipeline from zero (no inherited customer base).
Engage manufacturers early in their product development lifecycle.
Translate customer pain points into technical, value-based solutions.
