Position Overview
Identify and execute outreach to leading projects.
Assess projects to understand value proposition, competitive advantages, team experience, commercial traction.
Analyze and recommend support actions: yield incentive programs, user acquisition incentives, technical support, marketing support, other partners introductions.
Assess and monitor key metrics of crypto projects and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership and campaign initiatives, recommend corrective actions if necessary.
Manage ad hoc business development projects and strategic initiatives.
2-5 years of work experience in consulting, blockchain business development or research
~ Financial analysis skills - able to model business plans and return on investment
~ Previous work experience in CeFi or DeFi business development is preferred
