The role involves conducting client needs analysis, presenting and promoting suitable health insurance solutions, negotiating terms and pricing with insurers, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. The BDM also supports clients throughout the onboarding and placement process to ensure a smooth transition from proposal to policy issuance.
