Role Summary
We are seeking a high-performing, Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager with a strong track record in enterprise software sales, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate is a hunter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates disciplined execution, and consistently meets or exceeds quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
•Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) in the Middle East market.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, solution selling, proposal development, pricing negotiation, and closing.
• Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders in target accounts.
