Position Overview
Our client is a highly successful and fast-growing waste brokerage business, currently turning over approximately £60–70m following strong growth of over 50% in the last four years.
They provide a fully consultative waste management service across all sectors, including general waste, recycling, hazardous waste and clinical waste. Acting as a broker, they help clients secure the most efficient and cost-effective waste solutions rather than delivering collections directly.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a number of Business Development Managers to support both new business acquisition and account growth across the UK.
This is a true 360 sales role where you will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, winning new business, closing deals, and then managing and developing your accounts for the first 12–13 months to maximise spend and long-term value.
