Job Description
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify, target, and acquire new B2B customers, including exporters, importers, and eCommerce businesses.
Manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and effective performance monitoring.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers to secure business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers to drive business growth.
Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
Mentor, train, and support junior sales team members (BDEs) to strengthen overall team performance.
