Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and engineering industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with Main Contractors, Developers, Consultants, Subcontractors, and other industry stakeholders. Source and follow up on tender invitations, requests for quotations (RFQs), and project opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions. Promote the company's construction services, manpower supply services, and project capabilities to potential clients.
