Position Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and closing deals that contribute to Smart Scale Globalβs growth. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, proactive, and experienced in B2B sales, lead generation, and relationship management. This role requires someone who is comfortable with prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals, while also maintaining long-term client relationships.
Qualifications Required:
At least 1 year of BPO experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
Experience working with B2B clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and projects simultaneously.
