Position Overview
The Bancassurance Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partner management, sales performance improvement and execution of key initiatives across Bancassurance Channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Manage and strengthen relationship with bank partners and key stakeholders
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximize business potential
- Monitor sales performance and implement actions to improve productivity
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions and partners engagement activities
- Provide training, coaching and support bank partners
- Any other duties as and when deem necessary
