Business Development Manager – Fitout
To join established fitout head contractor delivering Commercial, Education, Agecare & Healthcare projects from $1M–$15M+.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within target sectors
• Manage and grow existing client relationships
• Build and maintain a strong forward pipeline
• Develop and maintain relationships with end users, developers, PMs, architects and consultants
• Position the business early in the project lifecycle
• Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Work closely with Estimating, Preconstruction and Delivery teams

About You

• Experience in Fitout, Commercial Construction, Property or Design
• End-user industry network (SPMs, QS, Architects, Government, Consultancies)
• Proven track record winning commercial projects
• Collaborative and a Go-Getter
