Position Overview
- To meet the budget allocation and assigned KPI
- Provide technical and administrative support to the agents
- To ensure agents comply with the CBC, 60 days premium and reconciliation of accounts.
- Mediate in problematic claims issues
- To retain business and seek growth in new business
- Supervise and train agency team members
- To perform any other job assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- At least 5 years in general insurance marketing and/ or operations
- SPM and/or Degree Holder/DMII/ACII/AMII
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
