Job Purpose The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth, partnerships, and market engagement for Executive Education at the College of Business and Economics (CBE), UAEU. The role focuses on developing high-impact executive programs, building strategic relationships, enhancing market visibility, and supporting MBA and institutional initiatives aligned with UAEU’s strategic goals.

   • Design and develop open-enrolment and customized executive education programs.
   • Identify market needs and translate them into relevant, high-quality course offerings.
