Role Description

The Business Development Lead (Expansion & Growth) is responsible for driving the company’s physical expansion and long-term growth through new locations, franchise development, and strategic opportunities.

This role supports expansion across Metro Manila and provincial markets, requiring a combination of office-based planning, fieldwork, and travel to execute site acquisition, lessor negotiations, and branch openings.

Operating under the National Business Development Manager, this role builds the company’s future growth footprint.

Branch Expansion & Site Development

• Identify and secure new branch locations across Metro Manila and key provincial areas.
