Position Overview
The Business Development Lead will be responsible for designing, building, and leading the Business Development function for NWM’s Corporate Advisory Services. The role focuses on driving pipeline growth, establishing structured client acquisition processes, and contributing to the development of a high-performing Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Growth - Develop and execute a structured corporate acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify and engage with senior stakeholders including HR Directors, CFOs, and CEOs across corporate entities
- Drive pipeline growth across DIFC, ADGM, and Mainland UAE
- Maintain ownership of pipeline reporting, forecasting, and revenue generation targets
