Position Overview

About You

Accomplished salesperson capable of hunting new business, working from the office and spending 60‑70% of time in the field visiting prospects, running meetings, and closing deals face‑to‑face.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Prospecting and cold outreach.
  • Running strategy sessions with prospects.
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline.
  • Tracking every deal from first contact to signed proposal to payment collected.
  • Serving as a consultant: understanding business needs and pain points, presenting tailored solutions, and positioning 1103 Studios as the growth partner.
  • Owning the full sales cycle.
