Job Responsibilities:

• 1 to 2 yrs Proven experience in field sales; insurance sales experience preferred and having an existing portfolio will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field pressure.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sales drive.
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (preferred).

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Sound technical knowledge of insurance products and other aspects of insurance processing and proven sales experience
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Sensible judgement and diligence.
