Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in Cleaning, Landscape, and Stewarding services Source for potential clients through cold calling, site visits, and networking Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders Follow up on leads and convert them into sales Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth project handover Monitor market trends and competitors' activities Requirements: Minimum 1-3 years of sales / business development experience (relevant industry preferred) Good communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-driven Able to work independently and meet deadlines Familiar with tender submission (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office
