Supplier Development:
Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers, local and international.
Conduct supplier assessments to ensure product cost, quality and WoW fits with the agreed business model.
Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier performance (e.g., cost, quality, delivery, reliability).
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement STDs across all levels.
