Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and secure new customers within mining and surface railrelated sectors
- Travel to customer sites to present, demonstrate, and promote products and services
- Arrange meetings, demonstrations, and presentations with qualified prospects and senior sales or technical stakeholders
- Prepare and present customer proposals and support tender submissions
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure effective lead handover and customer onboarding
- Serve as a key point of contact and relationship manager for assigned customers
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, infrastructure developments, and upcoming projects or tenders
- Identify and develop new market segments and growth opportunities
