Position Overview
This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote role helps scale search execution by improving coordination, documentation quality, and communication cadence across consultants, candidates, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate activity, forecasting, and notes in CRM to support planning and reporting
- Build a qualified pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and account planning
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure handover quality and ongoing account health
- Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs, decision criteria, and timelines
- Develop proposals and pricing recommendations aligned to client goals and risk profile
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally services-led or solution sales
- Ability to run structured discovery, qualify opportunities, and build clear proposals
