Job Description
Rubaan is hiring a Business Development Executive as our first Lahore-based hire. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a newly launched AI agency offering commission, responsibility, and direct access to the founder.
What you will own
- Cold outreach: emails, calls, and DMs to clients in Pakistan and globally
- Social media management and content creation for Rubaan
- Client pitching, deal closing, and onboarding
- Weekly strategy sessions every Saturday in Lahore
What we offer
- Base: PKR 30,00040,000/month
- Commission: 10% on every deal closed
- Hybrid work remote + on-site in Lahore
