Mechon International is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to support our international sales operations across industries including construction, mining, transportation, marine, and power generation.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, customer follow-ups, CRM handling, and outbound prospecting.
Key Responsibilities - Handle and qualify incoming leads generated by the marketing team
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Reactivate inactive and existing customer databases
- Generate new business leads through online research and prospecting tools
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
