Business Development Executive Relian
Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of sales/business development experience (preferably in UAE FM companies)
- Strong UAE market knowledge in FM and Interior Fit-Out
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities - Identify and secure business opportunities with new and existing clients
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Generate fit-out revenue with understanding of MEP, HVAC, and Civil scopes
- Coordinate with operations teams across Emirates
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client submissions
- Maintain sales pipeline using ERP and CRM systems
- Build relationships with consultants, developers, and facility owners
