Your job: build the partner network that drives real trading volume for Deriv across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America — and own your numbers from day one.
Growth Partnerships is the commercial engine behind Deriv’s $700B+ monthly trading volume. You’ll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and activating high-value IBs, affiliates, payment providers, and strategic alliances. This isn’t account management with a fancy title. You’ll be prospecting in markets where relationships are built over dinners and handshakes, negotiating commission structures with operators who’ve seen every deal on the market, and making judgment calls on partner quality when the data is incomplete.
