full-cycle sales and business development
to build our client pipeline from scratch. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and closing deals, laying the foundation for our business growth. Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Business Development Develop new corporate clients across office, factory, commercial and residential cleaning sectors.
Conduct cold outreach, client pitching, proposal preparation and quotation.
Negotiate contract terms and sign deals to expand the company's business portfolio.
Client Relationship Management Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.
Follow up on client demands, handle enquiries and feedback to boost cooperation and renewal rates.
Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects.
