Reporting to the NZ Sales Director, the Business Development Executive identifies new business opportunities for Xe corporate from prospective customers. Your mission is to build and continually enhance a successful pipeline of qualified opportunities that feeds into ongoing new business generation. As a BDE, you’ll receive training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear development pathway designed to build your confidence and expertise. Using a suite of platforms to effectively manage pipeline growth and outbound channels, you are well equipped to target new potential clients.
