Job Summary Responsible for driving merchant acquisition and revenue by pitching Grab’s deals and marketing solutions, closing partnerships, and supporting merchants in campaign setup and optimisation. The role also involves analysing performance and collaborating with internal teams to improve campaign outcomes.
Responsibilities - Pitch company’s deals and marketing solutions to F&B and retail merchants via in-person and virtual meetings
- Negotiate and close deals , onboarding merchants into promotional campaigns
- Support merchants in campaign setup, launch, and optimisation to drive better results
- Act as the main contact for merchant queries related to deals and campaign performance
- Track and analyse campaign performance to improve results and encourage repeat participation
