The Business Development Director is responsible for driving growth and expanding the companyβs client base in the construction management sector. This role involves strategic planning, identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and leading proposal development to secure high-value projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent business acumen, and proven experience in a senior business development role.
Chair meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, technical experts, etc. to resolve any design/budget/technical issues that might derail the project delivery. Coordinate building inspections by relevant authorities. Direct all site activities of site staff, contractors and suppliers, etc., and manage the communication between different groups to ensure timely response to project requirements.
