Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Supporting tasks to assist in maintaining and strengthening distribution channel relationships, whilst coordinating the relevant business initiatives.
- Deliver one-on-one coaching to help relationship managers translate knowledge into practical skills, enhance insurance sales capabilities, and achieve sustained performance growth.
- Train core competencies across the full sales process, implementing insurance sales competency development, including execution of phone appointments, in-depth KYC, case solution and closing.
- Train and coach RM to how complete Policy Review and analyse Policy Review Reports to customers
- Participate in customer events and training sessions, assist with pre-event preparations, provide on-site support, and conduct post-event evaluations and follow-ups.
