Overview We are a startup small business in early stages, planning to take to market consultancy and life‑coaching in education, family relationships and related fields.
Responsibilities - Fast learner who handles digital files and folders on Google Drive, scans hard copies, and collates new materials and typed notes into electronic files for easy search and retrieval.
- Sets up templates and filing and retrieval processes.
- Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Zoom, and other typical computer skills (mandatory).
- Communicates effectively in English, including written language skills.
Qualifications - Fast typist with strong typing speed.
