The DCS team enables Monex to scale our client self‑service offering to drive profitability and customer retention. Three pillars underpin the DCS service: Client Services – Payment & Platform Support, Platform demos Digital Operations – Data analysis, proactively engage customers‑at‑risk, Trade Support – Dealing and Trade Support (to train new sales joiners).
As a Business Development Analyst you will support the client’s services success through digitally enabled cross‑selling, trade support, and troubleshooting. The role drives DCS revenue growth, increases digital adoption, and improves client retention via proactive client outreach.
