JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Identify and maintain a set of clients and extend existing relationships. Understand client very well.
• To be able to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge all the time so as to be able to upsell/extend customer's businesses
• Plan and tract & document key action points for each client and report to management
• Ensure positive client experience by ensuring positive experience in customer communication and smooth operation for the services rendered
• Follow and drive forecasted sales targets
• Aid is service operation
• Any other duties as and when assigned
