Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven
hunter
to lead new client acquisition for our IT staffing services, with a focus on small and mid-sized businesses. This role is exclusively focused on generating new business—there are
no responsibilities related to delivery, account management, or farming existing accounts .
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and secure new direct clients for IT staffing services
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls)
Engage with key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, hiring managers) to understand hiring needs
Convert qualified opportunities into signed staffing agreements
Transition successfully closed accounts to the internal delivery team
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in B2B sales or IT staffing business development
Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills with a disciplined approach
