Key Responsibilities

• Extract and perform first-level analysis of Email, Web Upload, and USB Transfer activities.
• Conduct IT compliance tasks on both scheduled and ad hoc bases.
• Ensure proper functioning of the Email Mail Archiving solution within the business group.
• Handle requests and coordinate with the global IT team.
• Proactively identify and undertake support activities in a high-pressure working environment.
