GENERAL FUNCTION:
As first line of defense, designs, develops, and manages data reporting needs within the Front-Line Business Controls team. Partners with Risk Strategies and Testing teams to understand data needs aligned to ongoing risk assessments and monitoring. Synthesize data into business intelligence by developing and presenting information and insights. Utilize data analysis competencies and business knowledge to build meaningful reporting and tools to help Business Controls identify, quantify, and assess business processes. Serve as a thought-leader, bridging the gap between Bancorp business processes and data analytics solutions.
