Your Role
Assist in reviewing, preparing, formatting, editing and proofreading legal documents;Develop rapport with internal business units and supporting functions and be aware of their business objectives and needs;Translation of legal documents from English to Chinese or vice versa;Business and legal research;Provide secretarial support to the team, as and when necessary; andDraft/revise less complicated/standard agreements and other simple legal documents both in English and Chinese.
