Project Overview

Court Technology Services (CTS) is undertaking a major Infrastructure Modernization and Service Transformation initiative. This includes modernization of data centres, hybrid cloud adoption, IT service management (ITIL), disaster recovery, resiliency, and business continuity planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Service Transformation
   • Assess current infrastructure and service operations (server, storage, network, AV, desktop, service desk).
   • Define and document end-to-end IT services, service catalogues, SLAs, and KPIs.
