About the RoleWe are hiring a
Business Consultant to drive new client acquisition through
outside B2B sales. This role focuses on selling
business and HR-related services to company decision-makers such as owners, CFOs, and HR leaders.
This is a
hunter-style sales role for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced, growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new B2B clients within an assigned territory
- Meet prospects in person and conduct consultative sales conversations
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Generate pipeline through networking, referrals, and direct prospecting
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
