We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Broker Consultant to join a leading life insurance provider. This role is responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with independent brokers and financial advisors, driving new business, and supporting intermediaries to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Consistently deliver and exceed on allocated sales targets.
• Develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisers, ensuring consistent growth of their panel.
• Assist in identifying new potential Financial Advisers and opportunities for business growth.
• Technical training and ongoing product support to Financial Advisers
• Facilitate the sales process to ensure that Financial Advisers are going through the correct channels.
• Participate in proactive sales and marketing initiatives.
• Build and sustain profitability in their business.
