**Business Automation Analyst**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Two or more years of experience in business process analysis, automation, or a related field
+ Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes and workflows
+ Strong verbal and written communicator who can work effectively in cross-functional teams

**Technical Know-How Required:**

+ Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere preferred; UiPath, Blue Prism, etc. also considered)
+ Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions
+ Experience with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, others)
+ Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
