Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage Life Insurance Advisors/Agents


• Drive sales and achieve business targets


• Lead, motivate, and mentor the team for consistent performance


• Ensure high-quality customer service and suitable insurance solutions


• Monitor advisor productivity and performance regularly

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel / Variable Agency Channel (mandatory).


• Strong leadership and people management skills.


• Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.


• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
