PURPOSE

The Business Applications & Systems Manager is a global role responsible for the configuration, management, and optimization of World Renew’s core IT platforms, including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Sage Intacct, CommCare, Nexonia, and Dayforce, across a multi-site humanitarian organization. This role ensures secure, reliable, and compliant operations for both North American headquarters and international field offices.
