Description We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst/Scrum Master to support cross-functional teams in West Des Moines, Iowa. This Long-term Contract position combines business analysis with hands-on Agile facilitation, making it ideal for someone who can translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements while guiding delivery teams through Scrum ceremonies.
