In this role, you will:
Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Supports Commercial technology projects by building, documenting and prioritizing the business requirements of the various stakeholders and ensuring that these projects align with business needs.Foster, build and maintain relationships with partners across all business lines to ensure smooth project execution Oversee the technology onboarding and offboarding processes for Canadian Commercial Banking employees.
