Position Overview
Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Gather and document business and reporting requirements
- Translate business needs into functional documentation
- Document procedures and workflows for clarity and efficiency
- Support project delivery and backlog grooming within the PMO
- Manage requirement changes and maintain BA documentation
- Support UAT and ensure features meet requirements
- Continuously improve analysis tools and processes
Essential Skills and Requirements: - Relevant tertiary qualification
- 58 years of business analysis experience
- Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Draw.IO, Jira, Confluence, and Visio
- Fluent in business English (additional languages are a plus)
