Position Overview
Requirements - Minimum 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong experience in life and health insurance advisory or policy administration processes
- Proven track record in digital transformation or workflow digitization projects
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping (as-is/to-be), and solution design
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
- Experience with: API integrations and data mapping, Documentation tools and collaboration platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
