Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.

+ 3-5+ years of experience as an IT-focused Business Analyst.

+ Familiarity with cloud-based business systems like Microsoft Dynamics or Azure ERP integrations.

+ Solid experience creating process flow diagrams and documentation.

+ Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.

+ Certified Business Analyst Prof. (CBAP) or PMI-PBA is a plus.
