JCW is working with a leading financial services organization to place a Business Analyst on a contract basis to support high-priority digital initiatives.

This is a hands-on role embedded within Digital, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams - translating stakeholder input into user stories, driving Agile delivery, and producing leadership-ready materials across a fast-moving digital product portfolio. You'll have real visibility into customer-facing initiatives spanning digital onboarding, new product launches, retention, and acquisition.

What you'll bring:

• 2–4+ years of BA experience in banking, fintech, or a regulated digital product environment
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience including PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and backlog management
