Description Skillset/Qualifications:
3+ years of Business Analyst experience
Experience with requirements gathering and backlog management
Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

Preferred:

Background in financial services
Experience with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) or financial crime initiatives
Exposure to transaction monitoring systems
