Responsibilities - Lead end‑to‑end design of real estate operating models with APQC‑aligned process frameworks.
- Oversee monitoring activities including board action tracking, MoM creation, and governance reporting.
- Develop BRDs, RTMs, and structured requirements for ERP and digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Yardi, SAP).
- Conduct root cause analysis, define KPIs, apply Six Sigma methodology, and embed continuous improvement.
- Ensure process governance, compliance alignment, and integration with performance management systems.
